About Me

Hillary Kibgis is incredibly skilled with her ability to help people recover from pain and injuries. I call her the “shoulder whisperer”, as I have seen her do amazing things with my patients suffering from frozen shoulder syndrome. I regularly refer to her and my patients return with glowing reviews from their sessions. I am very confident in her ability to best serve my patients and highly recommend her.

Hillary is an Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of combined clinical experience in home health, acute care, outpatient, long-term care, inpatient rehabilitation, training, rehab management, and program development. She has experience treating individuals of all ages and with a variety of diagnoses. Hillary earned her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in 2003, and quickly recognized a passion for helping people achieve a better quality of life in the face of challenging health conditions.

Hillary has a special interest in manual therapy, treating complex pain and dysfunction, consulting, and training. Hillary completed extensive continuing education/training for myofascial/trigger point and treating pain in 2012. The training is approved by the National Association of Myofascial and Trigger Point Therapists. Starting a private practice has been a dream of hers for a long time. She now has the amazing opportunity to help as many people as possible to achieve less pain, return to desired activities, and live life to the fullest.

Through her years of treatment in home healthcare and long-term care, she developed a significant interest in treating clients with memory and safety issues, Alzheimer’s, and Dementia conditions. She strives to educate clients, families, caregivers, and facility staff on how to best care for clients to encourage quality of life.
